Summary/Abstract: The modern world is involved in the complex pro cess of transition from the industrial to the information society and knowledge[1] and the trinomial touch with technology and energy – environment is necessary and visible, being high lighted byscientific, technical and technological leaps that take place against a background of an accelerating globalization. The result of these changes is the progress of the society in all aspects providing that all factors are positive and determine oth erwise the fragile balance of life on Earth would be irreparably compromised.
