Summary/Abstract: The study describes the analysis of grammar stories based on Slovak adaptation of the LITMUS MAIN instrument. The sample consists of 103 pre-school aged Slovak speaking children from 3 to 6-years old. The data statistically proved to raise of macrostructure elements production along with the age of children. The attempt and the outcome were the most often expressed by children in the story. In opposite, the setting appeared only in the oldest group of 5-years-old children.
