Summary/Abstract: GDPR has been considered a challenge for many controllers since its implementation on May 25, 2018, but the need for proper processing and proper protection of personal data has become all the more evident during this time when we are facing a pandemic of Covid 19. The data subjects have the right guaranteed by GDPR, and not only, to the protection of their personal data processed by the controllers, and the first step in the correct compliance with the provisions of Regulation 679/2016 is a correct and complete information of data subjects about „who?”, „what?”, „why?”, „where?”, „until when?” and „how?” their personal data are processed and protected.
