Summary/Abstract: Employees who feel an emotional connection with the organization are more dedicated to their job. However, generally, such an attitude appears in reponse to how the employees perceive the organization’s attitude towards them. The more they feel appreciated, respected, rewarded for their work, the more they will try to respect and accomplish the organizational standards and goals. The organizational support theory states that Perceived organizational support (POS) shows the degree to which employees trust the appreciation of their organization.
