Summary/Abstract: The process of human personality formation is often assimilated with its socialization, that means the process of endowing the personality with social qualities, establishing social interactions, forming consciousness and social guidance system, social inclusion and adaptation to it, acquiring certain functions and social roles, etc. During the biological and social maturation, the individual forms his own personality by learning and gradually assimilating the predominant sociocultural model, socialization becoming positive or negative due to the preexistence of a complex of social factors that determine or favor the antisocial orientation of the offender’s personality.
