Summary/Abstract: In this research, apartheid within the framework of South African foreign policy in the post regime era South Africa-Turkey relations are analyzed. This study, which is handled within the framework of foreign policy analysis, reveals the importance of the relations between the two countries. In terms of historical process and the nature of South Africa-Turkey relations were discussed in three main periods: Colonial period, South African Union period,Apartheid and later periods. Further, the article South Africa-Turkey relations deteriorated reasons have been discussed since the 1990s and again is how to improve it; the reflections of the negative effects caused by the internal factors of the Republic of South Africa on bilateral relations have been analyzed.
