Summary/Abstract: The analysis shows that Armenia, with the aim of building a “Greater Armenia” launched a military aggression against Azerbaijan with baseless territorial claims, grossly violated the norms of international law, occupied part of the territories, Azerbaijanis were expelled from Armenia from their historical lands and became refugees, people from the Nagorno-Karabakh region and surrounding areas of Azerbaijan were expelled and became forced displaced people, historical and cultural monuments were destroyed, genocides of Azerbaijanis were committed, the economy and ecology were severely damaged. Conflicts of Abkhazia and South Ossetia in Georgia also prevents stability in the region.
