Summary/Abstract: The text is a try to demystify the role of non-of-State actors in the creation of internal andexternal politics of states as well as their place in the process of transformation of internationalsystem of conduct and rule. At the same time the gap between the state to non-of-State actors in the process of establishing domination is being explained and especially we discuss gaps taking and occupying certain space and time especially around the political-social disputes led because of the creation of a suitable climate to its own evolution.
