Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, the life of any person becomes more or less influenced by the activity of public institutions, which work together to meet the social needs of public interest through law enforcement or public services, based on a legislative infrastructure. which is intended to be coherent, harmonious, adapted and adaptable to ever-changing realities. The need to study this topic, in a current situation in a continuous dynamic, in which, more than ever, society is needed and must bring even more input or participation in the proper organization of activities of crucial state importance. Because of this, as citizens, we increasingly feel the need for certainty and security from large public institutions.
