Summary/Abstract: Freedom of expression is a fundamental right of every individual. This right, however, requires limitations in the conditions in which the transmitted message constitutes an attack on the national security of the state. Both domestic legislation and the European Convention on Human Rights state that this right is not an absolute one. Under these conditions, including public demonstrations as well as postings in the on-line environment may constitute real threats to the rule of law itself.
