Summary/Abstract: This study aims to highlight the epiphanic dimension of the Church worship, as wellas its implications for the Church theology and life. The cult re-enacts the historyof salvation in the Church and offers a foretaste of the Kingdom of God. During theservice, the oikonomy of salvation is revealed to us as a continuous present, in whichhumans unite with angels and the entire creation in glorifying God. Worship workswith symbols, which are to be understood as means for revealing and participatingin the transcendent realities, and creates the medium in which the the voice of theeternal Logos can be heard as a powerful word.
