Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the cult of Fatima, and what comes with it, also prayers for intercession of the holy shepherds of Fatima: Francisco and Jacinta Marto, and the servant of God Lucia dos Santos. Fatima devotions have become an integral part of Polish Marian spirituality and they can be found in almost every parish ministry. The recent 100th anniversary of Marian apparitions has revived even more worship and all forms of prayer related to the Lady of Heaven’s requests, in which She asks to pray the rosary and to do penance for the world, begging for conversions. Over time, attention began to be paid to these three Portuguese child messengers of this proclamation. They are slowly becoming more and more popular, especially in the ministry of children and youth. For this reason, in 2017, the Sanctuary of the Children of Fatima in Szczecin was established. On the initiative of the local parish priest and with the approval of the metropolitan archbishop, the cult of St. Francis and St. Hyacinth Marto is growing and has good prospects ahead. The difficulties encountered during the creation of both parish and church (sanctuary) prove that opposing forces always act to hamper the growth of God’s work. However, with God’s grace, anything is possible. For the present day, the sanctuary becomes a place of special veneration for God through the intercession of the holy children of Fatima. It is a place where pleas for special individual graces, blessings for the children of the Archdiocese of Szczecin-Kamień and the beatification of the Servant of God Sister Lucia dos Santos are made.
