Summary/Abstract: AN IDEA CANNOT MASTER TWO INDIVIDUALS WITH THE SAME FORCE, THERE BEING DIFFERENCES REGARDING ITS CLARITY AND DISTINCTION, THE TWO FEATURES BEING MUCH STRONGER IN ONE OF THE INDIVIDUALS, COMPARED TO THE OTHER. THE DIFFERENCES ARE GIVEN BY THE CAPACITY OF ASSIMILATION IN THE SOUL SUBSTRATUM, A SITUATION THAT MAKES THE IDEA NOT ACT WITH THE SAME FORCE ON PEOPLE. THE SPREAD OF FORCE-IDEAS AND THEIR TRANSFORMATIVE CAPACITY DEPEND ON A SERIES OF UNPREDICTABLE EVENTS. THESE ASPECTS MUST BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN RESEARCHING THE CAUSES THAT GENERATE THE PSYCHOLOGY OF A PEOPLE.
