Summary/Abstract: THE THEORY OF FORCE-IDEAS HAS ITS ORIGINS IN PLATO'S PHILOSOPHY, LEIBNIZ'S VITALISM, HERBART'S EXPERIENTIALISM, IN THE KANTIAN CRITICISM, THE HEGELIAN ABSOLUTE IDEA. THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS THEORY LIES IN ITS VERY DEMONSTRATION: THAT IT SHOWS WHAT UNSUSPECTED FORCE IDEAS HAVE ON MAN AND THE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH HE COEXISTS. IT EXPLAINS, THEREFORE, HOW IDEAS BECOME A REASON FOR ACTION AT THE LEVEL OF A SOCIAL GROUP. IT EXPLAINS THE POWER OF THE IDEA AND ITS INFLUENCE ON HUMAN ACTIONS.
