Under the pressure of economic development and economic migration in the search of labour, the traditional family model erodes and obtains new features. The roles of father and mother do lose in some case their firmly outlined contours. In numerous families, grandparents significantly participate in the education of children. Inter-generational learning can be considered an instrument of the strengthening of parental roles.
