Summary/Abstract: This article evokes the actor Dinu Manolache. He had an equal, delicate and understanding smile. Always the same. Fragile and unshakable. Even if he was sad or angry, even if he was happy or in love, even if his mother had died, even if he was sick, even if he was glad, Dinu Manolache always seemed headed for a clear goal that had nothing to do with this world. Dinu Manolache was the Prince of a generation of great actors, a mixture of Feste and Ariel, Richard and Orsino, Jack the melancholic and Oberon. He was a legend. Because he was really descending from a legend. And of course the legend had a name: the Youth Theater of Piatra Neamţ.
