Summary/Abstract: Music, a support element in learning, is a study carried out following the workshop Music, support in interdisciplinary learning within the PIPP National Conference, Educational Alternatives. Another kind of school. The conference was addressed to primary and pre-school teachers, PIPP students but also to specialized teachers who are willing to use music as a support in school learning. The study aims to highlight how music can be a support in school learning but also the impact that the proposed activity had on the participating teachers. The conclusion of the participants and the coordinating teacher was that it is necessary to change the way teachers relate to musical activities, not as a goal but as a support. In order to be able to use music as a support, it is necessary to use the creativity they show and to invest more time in preparing the necessary materials for class activities.
