Summary/Abstract: The Covid-19 outbreak, declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization as of March 12, 2020, continues to threaten world humanity physically, spiritually, and socially. In the process, pharmacy staff, like all other healthcare staff, changed their practices in the midst of Covid-19 to provide care and support to their patients. At this point, the problems experienced by pharmacy employees have also increased. Therefore, in this article, it is aimed to emphasize the problems experienced by pharmacy employees during the Covid-19 period. In this study prepared with the literature review method, the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, the effects of the pandemic on the health sector, the role and problems of pharmacy employees during Covid-19 were discussed. As a result of the study, it was emphasized that pharmacy employees experience many problems both industrially and individually due to many reasons such as increased workload, stress, and pressure, and these problems were pointed out.
