Summary/Abstract: The concept of social capital has been among the issues attracting the attention of researchers in recent years. However, the research on social capital in the field of tourism appears to be very limited in number. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the relationship between relational social capital, which is among the sub-dimensions of social capital, and the intention to leave the job. The research universe consists of all employees working at health tourism enterprises (N: 286) in Eskisehir province. Due to the accessible nature of the universe, the researcher could have the complete number of employees working at these organisations. Face to-face interviews were conducted with all employees and the data collected from 200 surveys that were considered suitable for the analysis were interpreted. As a result of the research, a negative and high level of statistically significant relationship was found between relational social capital and intention to quit.
