Summary/Abstract: The paper is focused on the research of self-regulation of pre-school and elementary pedagogy students towards technical education. In the first stage of self-regulation of students' learnig we pay attention to their relationship to technical education. We used Richard M. Ryan and Edward L. Deci self-determination theory. We got an overview of students' motivation to technical education in the context of the use of mobile augmented reality applications.
