THE CRISIS OF THE ROMANIAN CAPITAL MARKET

Summary/Abstract: The Romanian capital market is facing the most serious crisis from its modern period of existence and this is determined by local factors and especially by external factors which are depending on the global financial crisis. In this paper we try to see: which was the evolution of the capital market in Romania, which are the causes that led to the actual crisis and which are the consequences of this crisis and the prospects of our capital market.
