Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with phrasemes in all music genres, which exist in Bosnia and Herzegovina, for example in: spiritual music, ethnopop, folk music, modern genres (pop, rock, folk, hip-hop / rap, trap) and film music. The authors confirm following phrasemic types: the established phrasem, the phrasemic variant, the phrasemic antonym, the phrasemic compounds, the phrasemic neologism, the proverbial phrase, the common European phrasemes, comparative phrasemes, the phrasemic binomial and trinomial. The authors point out that phrasemes in musical texts also develop specific meanings, such as: curses, blessings, stigmatization and resistance. The aim of this paper is to examine the meaning of phrases (and their variants) in musical texts. In this connection, this paper presents a dialogue with (ethno)musicology, phraseology and psychology.
