Summary/Abstract: The witness is one of the most important people of the Criminal procedure. Their effective defense has a big contribution towards discovering of the objective truth and enacting of a fair sentence. Considering this, it follows their defense to be arranged in details on a national and international level with strong law acts, and also, conditions and instruments to be created for their efficient application.
