Summary/Abstract: The paper summarizes topics which ought to be researched in meetings for psychological counselling of parents and babies. These topics are regarding the place of the child in the phantasm of the parents, the signs of mental (psychic) suffering of the mother and the infant, the body of the new-born baby and the disturbance which it awakens. The reasons for these questions are explored through the psychoanalytical concepts: „Primary Maternal Preoccupation“ /D.Winnicott/, „Das Unheimliche“ /S.Freud/, „Transparence psychique“ /М.Bidlowski/, „supposition de sujet“ /Alain Vanier/ „maternalité“ /Racamier P.-C./.
