Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the text is to show the discrepancy between the trend of the humanistic management in organizations increasingly promoted by researchers and the subject treatment of employees used to achieve organizational goals. Schools also undergo those processes as a result of their commercialization. The values declared in the mission of an organization and those present in its organizational everyday are different. There is uncertainty, fear and the need for individual search for ways to deal with the “existential fear.”
