20th anniversary of the Forum of Young Pedagogues at the Committee of Pedagogical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to outline the 20-year history of the Forum of Young Pedagogues at the Committee of Pedagogical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The Forum is a specific community of people, whose formation and activities are included in the history of the Summer School for Young Pedagogues. The history of the Forum consists of a multi-dimensional activities presented in the text. It is the story about learning how to cooperate and build a group that is still open to new members, changes its composition, but invariably through the developed teamwork norms and rules, fulfils the important needs of young pedagogues.
