Summary/Abstract: The author discusses current issues of intergenerational relations. He describes the change in past and present relationships caused by changes in life. Compared to the past, intergenerational relationships have changed greatly. „Old“ and „young“ have their own vision of the world. It is these changes that make us pay more attention to the dialogue. Dialogue is a way of improving mutual understanding of generations and involves several aspects – psychological, social, communication, and many others. Keep in mind that intergenerational contacts help us better understand the world. We should respect and learn from the wisdom of older people.
