ASPECTS OF WORK MOTIVATION IN AN EDUCATIONAL UNIT

Summary/Abstract: The performance and the behavior at work are influenced by the needs, aspirations and interests of each individual. These, according to the characteristics of the work environment, lead the employees to act in a manner to enable them to obtain the desired effects and results. What motivates people to work, to have performance at work varies from individual to individual and the reasons can be different at the level of each person in different stages of life. The study aims to analyze a series of motivational factors of the employees from an educational unit of the Public order and safety. Extrinsic and intrinsic factors are considered.
