Summary/Abstract: The use of the collaborator is provided by law, the conditions under which it can be authorized are clearly and limitingly provided by law, being allowed only "in exceptional situations", and the collaborator's activity concerns exclusively the collection of data and information, under the control of the prosecutor, subject to the assessment of the courts in the various stages of the criminal proceedings, in compliance with all the guarantees provided by law.
