Summary/Abstract: The conferment, through the provisions of art. 139 para. (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the quality of evidence of registrations made by the state bodies with responsibilities in the field of national security, as a result of carrying out intelligence activities to achieve national security, is unconstitutional, as there is no adequate framework to provide the possibility of challenging their legality.
