Summary/Abstract: Changes of civilization require good programs of upbringing and teaching in education. They also demand treating the school as a place of youth activity. It is a condition of considering education as an action that promotes development. Formal teaching program does not support full activity, because it is a matter of personal experience, conditions and possibilities, that are created by the teachers and the school for students own educational activity.
