Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the problematic areas of pedagogical communication of the teacher of primary education in terms of the theory of C. Rogers – Person-Centred Approach. This theory of pedagogical communication is important during the process of creating positive interpersonal relations in humanistic education approach. Creating positive interpersonal relationships in the communication process presupposes a humanistically oriented teacher that leads to supporting environment and thus acts to develop the pupil's inner potential and self-actualization tendency.
