Area and the Linguo-Literary Education in the Framework of Foreign Slavonic Studies (Bielsko-Biała)

Summary/Abstract: The autor of the present article analyzes the so-called Bologna process in European universities in the sphere of philology with speciaql regard to his own University of Bielsko-Biała, Poland, which is focused more on practical metho-dology of teaching and on the specific permeation of most modern metgods and disciplines, e. g. cognitivism and translatology opened towards the future profes-sion of graduates in services, tourism, recreation, relaxation etc. Such an approach presupposes to accentuate practical and useful abilities, e. g. simultaneous inter-pretting, the knowledge of political and cultural area etc.
