Summary/Abstract: The paper we propose refers to the EU - UK Agreement regarding the exit of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union. In order for this to happen, a referendum took place in the Great Britain, which resulted in expressing the will to exit the united market of the British citizens. One of the alleged reasons at that time was to reinforce the medical British system, or, as they know it, the NHS, meaning that the people militating for the exit declared that the UK contribution to the EU budget will be used exclusively by the NHS.
