The state as an entity of patriotic education

Summary/Abstract: There are not needed Any research In order to notice that there exists crisis In patriotic ideology among Poland. This problem is worth a reflection based on pedagogic perspective, and by the same time reflection in context of respect by the State natural human existential needs. This article contains many reflections about relations between country and nation, it shows the essence of patriotic education, and finally it describes relations between country and other educational subjects. Based on the mentioned reflections arises conclusions about present Polish patriotism, as well as conclusion about State role in propagating such behaviors in young people’s minds. The state policy in education should relate positively to "upstream" manifestations of educational activity as long as they are compatible with the interests of the state and its raison d'etat, on the other hand such policy should to alleviate the mass behavior anti-educational behaviors that are socially harmful and morally reprehensible.
