Aspects concerning the writs of execution settled in the field of the special civil procedures of the new civil procedure code

Summary/Abstract: New Code of Civil Procedure followed indubitable optimize execution. This wish was achieved by simplifying the forms necessary enforcement. Also, the material special civil proceedings, legal texts have been introduced which will ensure a quick escape for enforcement of judgments in this matter. A short analysis of these aspects of enforcement being very useful in terms of application of the new Code of Civil Procedure.
