Summary/Abstract: In this 21st century, mobile phone manufacturers have experienced a tremendous change in customer choice preferences and purchasing behavior, which has led scholars to explore a new horizon of research. This paper tries to discover the choice standards of customer in the mobile phone market. The purpose of this study is to discover the underlying factors that affect the customers’ buying decision.
