Summary/Abstract: As a flower makes no effort to flourish, so also a successful speaker, in addition to work, still has a talent that God gives it. They are orators who work a lot and who do meditations and exercises in this regard, but they remain anonymous in this world, and others can not help them get out of difficult situations. Those who have a special gift in front of the people do not have to feel that they make the effort when they talk. Everything has to come by itself. The secret of someone's speech is the inner transformation of the speaker. When the orator lives the words he speaks in his life, then no effort will be made. It will be a natural process. The mistake of many people who make speeches in public is that by what they say, they want to impress. Through such an approach, they do nothing but feed their own pride. If we generally look at trainers who support motivational speeches, we notice that they do not talk to people in complicated or surprisingly sophisticated words that they have to stay with the dictionary in their hand to understand what they say. Not. He speaks plainly, for everyone's sake
