Summary/Abstract: The present study aims to review the various stages and moments in the construction and evolution of the Maritime Station in Constanța, located inside the Port. The study is based on documents from the Maritime Navigation Directorate Fund, accessible to the public, as well as documents from the Archive of the National Company of the Maritime Ports Administration SA Constanța, completed with photographic documents illustrating the construction stages of the building. The Maritime Station had an evolution closely related to the port development and the permanent transit of people, becoming over time not only a symbol of the Port, but a symbol of Constanța.
