Summary/Abstract:  The scientific life of dr. eng. Dinu Ştefan T. MORARU took place at a fast pace and with great results. Unfortunately, these contributions of the valuable scientist were not properly recognized, as those who decided and decide the policy of Romanian science and technology failed to understand that science is the “locomotive” of progress. For this reason, not often, Romanian creators were put in very unpleasant situations when they had to recognize the paternity proceedings. In addition, they had to endure the humiliation and ingratitude of their fellow citizens. In the sense of the above, there is also the case of Dr. Eng. Dinu Ştefan T. MORARU whose contributions to world science and technology have been particularly valuable and well received by the circle of scientists in the world.
