Summary/Abstract: When alchemistry began is not known. It can be claimed that alchemistry mainly focuses on such branches as converting metal stop recious metals like silver and gold, finding cures to people’s illnesses, reaching the immortality via elixir. An alchemist uses symbols or hides for fear of being caught, killed or made of fun. Alchemistry is fairly important in Enis Batur’s poems. In his work Poem and Ideology, which is an example of poetical, he discusses alchemistry. In this article, it is discussed what is alchemistry, what is understood from it, what Batur understands from alchemistry and its reflections in Tuğralar Perişey poem book.
