Summary/Abstract: The neocorporate Institutional arrangements, formant' centralized collective bargaining and codetermination system, are combined with politicized trade union pluralism In Slovenia. Causing weakness of the bargaining system on the national level on the one hand, and inducing emphasis on enterprise bargaining on the other, this combination has strong neoliberal effects.
