Why Heath Law?

Summary/Abstract: Health law ”lives” hard times, given the challenge that COVID-19 pandemic represents. Even though the health legislation was or, at least, appeared to be sufficient for everyday problems, today, this appearance changes. We considered that the growing concern and interest in health law in recent times should be encouraged, and so, this edition of the magazine welcomes the amendment, updating and, why not, revitalization of the legislation on health law. The purpose of the articles in the magazine is to bring the medical staff closer to the law and that the initiative hosted by the Judicial Courier to be a fruitful beginning of contemporary Romanian doctrine on this matter. The pandemic will be overcome, but its repercussions will survive, therefore it is important that we not forget (both legal professionals and medical subjects) how necessary and useful it would have been, during this period, that we have an updated and easy legislation, applicable in times of crisis.
