Summary/Abstract: The present study aims to analyze, starting from art. 666 of Law no. 95/2006, first the definition and the legal regime of the therapeutic standards adopted by guidelines, protocols or acknowledged by the medical community, then how the medical act is assessed in relation to these standards, to finally draw some conclusions.
