Summary/Abstract: The prevention rules for the disease with the new SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus have also acted naturally in the Romanian justice, in order to ensure the safety of the judicial process. However, it was observed that both the appropriate legislative framework and the technical endowments of the courts, prosecutor's offices and other participants in the administration of justice are lacking, in order to determine an efficient and rapid transition from the classical judicial system to the digital system. At the same time, neither litigants nor their representatives are all ready to adapt to technology. The legislative process of modernization must be faster than usual and even more efficient, in order to fulfill the proposed desideratum.
