Summary/Abstract: Bringing up children in care and educational institutions is a unique task that belongsnot only to teachers but also to people employed in those facilities. Psychologists, socialworkers, administrative workers and other employees spend so much time with the childrenthat they become their role models. The quality of the role model they represent depends onindividual values they follow. The educational process concerns basic activities such as takingcare of personal hygiene, but also it lays the foundations for independence necessary in futureprofessional work, in particular, prepares for starting work through professional activation ofpupils
