Piracy and p2p Nets

Summary/Abstract: Searching for an answer of the question why the LAN nets are a dominant technology in Bulgaria, comparing the traditional ones, the present text comes to differentiation between two social logics. They separate the market of digital content. The first one makes the user visible and the other hides it. The first one concentrates an information the other disperses it. Therefore, the piracyp2p nets make possible and give benefit to the collective user and the collective property. The p2p nets are the technology of the other half. They get on well with the economic exclusion and on that way, they are the necessary condition to integrate in the digital world.
