Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between the leadership style (democratic, authoritarian and laissez-faire) of business managers and the corporate citizenship level of the business. The main mass of data collected by the survey research methods Sivas / Turkey consists of 110 managers in businesses operating in. Correlation and regression analysis were used to examine the relationship between variables. As a result, a significant relationship was determined between democratic and authoritarian leadership styles and corporate citizenship level. While the corporate citizenship level of the business is mostly affected by democratic leadership, authoritarian leadership comes next. There is no significant relationship between the laissezfaire leadership style and the corporate citizenship level of the business. Among the three leadership styles, the democratic leadership style, which especially increases the motivation of the employees and makes them feel important, draws attention as the most effective management style for business in corporate citizenship. It is seen that authoritarian leadership style is also effective in the dimension of affecting the level of corporate citizenship. However, due to the characteristic of authoritarian leadership, whether employees are volunteers or not is a subject of discussion.
