Summary/Abstract: This article aims to analyze some of the problems faced by our national courts judging cases (also under article no. 585 of the Code of Criminal Procedure), namely when finding the existence of a plurality of offenses subsequent to the final judgment of the criminal case regarding one / some of the component offenses of the plurality. Starting from the recent decision of the High Court of Justice no. 22/2020, we try to offer principled solutions for correctly applying an institution that is far too complex to form the object of a simple article.
