Summary/Abstract: In this study, the Eskişehir-Denizli-Uşak logistic base applications and projects were reviewed, their impacts on regional development were investigated and econometric analysis was carried out. The Granger Casuality test was applied to find out whether there is a relation between the variables given (freight shipment, import, export, population), Breusch Pagan Lagrange Multiplier Test, Hausman Test and finally Regression Analysis were made according to the results and the probable effects on environmental and regional economies after the realization of the Filyos Project were investigated. Undoubtedly, it would be useful to focus on sea road along with highway, railroad and airway while analyzing the location and importance of Filyos in transportation. With the completion of the Filyos project, combined transport will be completed and will be in the position of a logistics base, which is an extremely important source of income for the region and for the national economy. That’s why, the Filyos Project is a blessing for Turkey’s economy.
